Frank and Pauline both grew up miles apart in small towns, (Pasadena, MD and Port Murray, NJ, respectively), but they met and married anyhow, and have been together ever since. Along the way they got very educated, he with a Doctorate, she with a Masters, and moved to California, where they claim to be natives -- just born on the East Coast by mistake.
In California, they settled in a slightly larger town -- Simi Valley CA -- and raised a family that's all grown up and expanded now. There's son Michael, daughter-in-law Dana Jones along with grandchildren Adam and Kayla; son David; and daughter Nancy and granddaughter Anne.
After enjoyable careers in environmental and rocket science (Frank) and nursing administration and clinical research (Pauline), they've retired to the Palm Desert CA, where the household is just them and Mojave Tortoise.
